KAZETO STANDARDS

Environmental

We make our products from 100% waste paper. All of our products are 100% recyclable, all the colours and chemicals are environmental free. We are a holder of Environmental management ISO 14001.

All our activities comply with law and regulations of our country. We clearly identify hazardous waste, chemicals and heavy metals. All these substances are handled, stored and disposed in accordance with instruction from the manufacturer of such substances, as well as applicable laws and regulations. We minimize waste and emissions to air, ground and water.

Our company is regularly checked by the Czech Institute of Environmental, we are being evaluated by their office in order to keep the certain standards and levels of safety production.

Safe and Healthy Workplace

We provide a safe and healthy workplace that complies with local laws. Business partners who provide residential facilities for us must also provide safe and healthy residential facilities in compliance with local standards.

No Forced or Compulsory Labor

We do not work with business partners who use forced labor in the manufacture of products which we use accordingly for our production.

Fair Disciplinary Practices

We do not utilize physical or mental punishment against our employees.

No Discrimination

While we respect cultural differences, we believe workers should be employed based on their abilities, rather than their race, gender, personal characteristics or beliefs, and encourage our business partners to eliminate discrimination in their workplaces.

Reasonable Working Hours and Overtime

We do not require a workweek that exceeds local laws or business customs, and encourage our business partners not to require more than a 60 hour workweek on a regularly scheduled basis, except for compensated overtime in compliance with local laws.

Fair Wages

We provide wages and benefits in compliance with local laws, and encourage our business partners to commit to the betterment of wage and benefit levels that address the basic needs of workers and their families.

No Child Labor

We do not utilize child labor. We define child labor as either being below the local minimum working age or the age of 14 whichever is greater. We do make an exception for legitimate apprenticeship programs.

Country of Origin

All of our products are of Czech preferential origin.
